Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality training experiences, but we understand that circumstances may arise requiring cancellations or rescheduling. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations

  1. 1.1 If you cancel your enrollment 7 days or more before the training start date, you will receive a full refund.
  2. 1.2 For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start date, a 50% refund will be issued.
  3. 1.3 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on or after the start date of the program.


2. Rescheduling

  1. 2.1 Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future session of the same program, subject to availability, at no additional cost if requested 7 days or more before the start date.
  2. 2.2 For rescheduling requests made less than 7 days prior to the start date, a rescheduling fee may apply.

  1. 3.1 No refunds or transfers will be issued for non-attendance without prior notification.
