Welcome to SUDOPIA®. By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment and Payment

1. 1.1 Full payment must be made before the start of the training session to confirm participation.
2. 1.2 For corporate clients, payment terms will be outlined in the agreement signed during the onboarding process.
3. 1.3 Late payments may result in delayed access to the training program or cancellation of enrollment.

2. Attendance and Participation

1. 2.1 Participants are expected to attend all sessions to ensure the full benefit of the program.
2. 2.2 If a participant misses a session, it is their responsibility to catch up, subject to the availability of materials or make-up sessions.
3. 2.3 Participation certificates will only be awarded to those meeting the minimum attendance criteria as specified.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

1. 3.1 Refunds for cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
2. 3.2 In case of program rescheduling or cancellation by us, participants will have the option of a refund or transfer to a future session.

4. Rescheduling and Transfers

1. 4.1 Participants may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future session, subject to availability and rescheduling fees if applicable.
2. 4.2 Transfer of registration to another individual is not allowed.

5. Customized Corporate Training

1. 5.1 For corporate programs, a detailed agreement will outline specific terms such as scope, deliverables, cancellation terms, and payment schedules.

6. Intellectual Property

1. 6.1 All training materials, including slides, workbooks, exercises, and videos, are the intellectual property of SUDOPIA®.
2. 6.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share training materials without prior written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

1. 7.1 Participants are expected to maintain professionalism during the sessions and treat trainers and fellow participants with respect.
2. 7.2 Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. 8.1 SUDOPIA® is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use or misuse of the training content.
2. 8.2 Our programs are designed to offer guidance and skill-building but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Confidentiality

1. 9.1 Any personal or professional information shared by participants during the sessions will be treated with confidentiality.
2. 9.2 Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by SUDOPIA®.

10. Program Changes

1. 10.1 SUDOPIA® reserves the right to modify the program content, structure, or trainers at its discretion to ensure quality and relevance.

11. Data Protection

1. 11.1 Participant information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

1. 12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Jurisdiction in Bangalore, any legal/dispute arising from the same will be registered for hearing and justice in Bangalore, India.
