"Who the F*ck Cares?”

“Who the F*ck Cares?”

Ever noticed what happens when something goes wrong at work?
=> A deadline is missed.
=> A customer is unhappy.
=> A project goes off track.

And suddenly, the room fills with explanations.
=> “It wasn’t my responsibility.”
=> “I wasn’t informed.”
=> “Another team was handling it.”

The problem gets passed around like a hot potato while accountability quietly exits the room.

The reality is simple:
=> Customers don’t care whose fault it was.
=> The business doesn’t care about excuses.
=> The outcome is what matters.

The most valuable professionals aren’t the ones who can explain why something happened. They’re the ones who step forward and ask:
“What can I do to move this forward?”
That’s ownership.

Not taking the blame for everything, but taking responsibility for something.
Because great cultures aren’t built by people who pass the buck.

They’re built by people who pick it up.

When everyone is asking “Who is responsible?”, leaders are asking “How do we solve this?”
That’s the difference.
