🎠Humor in Learning: A Secret Weapon or a Double-Edged Sword?
Humor is important in almost all situations. And for me, I find it in nearly everything… Well, except maybe at funerals (which is why I usually avoid them). 😅
Even the most serious topics in my soft skills training sessions often take a comedic turn.
Over time, I’ve discovered something fascinating—when learning is infused with laughter, participants grasp concepts faster, retain them better, and apply them more effectively.
And the best part? Unlike many trainers who feel drained after a session, I walk away energized. Perhaps that’s why I boldly call myself an EnterTrainer! 🎤
But here’s a thought—when you see the lighter side of life, are you perceived as less serious? Or does it simply mean you’ve mastered the art of perspective?
Does humor in professional spaces strengthen credibility, or does it make one seem frivolous? I’d love to hear your take!
